That's right, my truck went into service full time last month with my new business and is used to haul around 400-600 lbs worth of chemicals in the pickup box. My travels have me using the highway and city mixed 50% of the time. Since started using my truck for my business, I have gone from tuner to fuel miser, but left all the goodies in place. Anyhow my overhead has been reading for over the last two months, resetting at fill/up and not touching it until the next fill/up around 16. 3 mpg as an average. I hand calculated out 13. 6 +/- over the last few fill/ups. Today I pumped fuel and hand calculated 12. 2 mpg :{ and the overhead had read 14. 6 for the last two days of driving. I've been taking it easy around town mostly and have avoided WOT at all causes and am baffled at my trucks milage. Seems to do about the same empty or with 600 lbs in the bed. Ironically the most recent 12. 2 is the worst it's ever got since new and that was with the bed empty for a week. I just purchased some Powerservice and MMO today, it's been a few months 4-5 since the last dosage, so we will see from here.
