Competition 'Uneducated' pump question?

Just curious...



What size are the plungers/barrels in a standard 215 pump?



And what are in the 'un-educated' pumps?





What RPMs are most running down the strip?

All the p7100 pumps that came on the Dodge trucks have 12mm plungers & barrells. Most un-educated pumps run 13mm P&B's.

Your average street racer sets the WOT shift points for around 3100 rpms

I would think you would be giving up a lot of drivability, using the 14 or 15mm P&B's on a street engine.
