Unknown Noise Rattle/Tick/knock

My truck has been making this noise for a couple of days now. The other day I replaced the FCA due to my truck bouncing RPMs when I came to a stop. The sound seems to be coming from the drivers side of the motor. I'm having a difficult time pinpointing it. It increases with my power puck turned up if I'm driving. I've done a lot of reading and it sounds like it might be three things. CP3, Fuel Rail or Fuel Injector.



I don't think/hope it's an fuel injector because I don't have long crank times when I start it up



I'm unsure of how to check if it's the Fuel Rail cause my guage is on backorder



It has to due with some sort of fueling issue right? I could be way off, but does anybody have any ideas of how I could further investigate

Sounds like timing rattle. Is the PowerPuck a rail pressure box?

Yea. It plugs into the MAP sensor. When you turn it down it seems to be non-exsistant
