Update on sagging Kore coils

I went to Kore's website to see if their warranty info was posted, if was, and there is a lifetime warranty against sagging. Although I didn't buy my system through KLM Performance, I contacted them because they were the closest dealer to me. Kevin of KLM Performance was very helpful through the process. He asked me to send him a couple pictures so that he could send them to Kore, and he would contact me in a few days. Within a week I had new coils from Kore/KLM Performance. Overall I am very happy with the service I got from KLM Performance and Kore.
