Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Took her in to the shop today. Removed Dana 80 Carrier assy, clutch packs were COMPLETELY smooth, no friction material at all. They looked like they were 200,000 miles old. Bearings and ring gear were perfect. Put in a new clutch pack and no more unLSD.
One wheel in dirt and one wheel on pavement and it'll spin both.
They put in 7 qts of synthetic 75W-90 and 4 bottles of friction midifier at no extra cost ( clutch pack and labor were warranty ). Guess I'll have to update my sig now...
