Updating My Smarty

I have tried to uptade my smarty a few times. The first time I thought I got all the down loads. I then tried last week and found the 7 zip download, still no luck. Every time I click send, it has me look for the program and then it says ftd2xx. dll not found. Can some one help me out?

Bob, I deleted all my other stuff to try again. I clicked on all the sites you left, I redownloaded it all. I will try again when I get home thanks for the help.
