Upgrade stock turbo or HX 35?

I can get a good deal on a HX 35. Should I just keep my stock turbo and put a smaller exhaust housing on, or should I put this HX 35 on? It is off a 96 Auto. What size should the exhaust housing be? Also how much better is a PDR HX 35 over a stock HX 35? Thanks for any help guys.

If you can get a good deal for the 35 than go for it. It is much better than the stocker. It should have a wastegated 14 on it, leave it on there. Also do you have any pictures of your truck? What brand front bumper do you have?
