I greased my front DS religiously but noticed a buzz in the throttle after hitting certain bumps on roads. Pulled it off and appears to have stopped it, but initial look at shaft doesn't have obvious play, but it could still be an issue inside the CV joint and I am not taking chances of having it grenade on me.
With a front pinion seal leaking I'll likely need a new yoke anyway.
