Upgraded transmission to Goerend this weekend

I want to first say thanks to the TDR members for helping me make the decision to upgrade my transmission. Dave Goerend was the the final choice and I can say he does give personnel service. He answered my email within a couple of hours and called me the next day (on a Sunday) to answer any other questions I had. It took a few days to get it built and delivered as he custom built the transmission to my needs, that was ok as my transmission was still working. He answered my calls today (Sunday) after I finished the install and yes I could hear his family in the back ground, try that with a large company.



The transmission has transformed my truck! I cannot believe the difference it has made in all modes of driving. I will no longer be concerned when I go to pick up my 5th wheel this week.



Again thanks to all the contributors on the TDR - It sure makes owning and driving a Cummins a pleasure!

I know what you mean. Don't know why I waited so long to get my trans done. I HATED the stocker. ~26k on this one.

My auto is doing fine. Holds all the power I can throw at it.

I wish I had the $$ right now cause I would be ordering one. Maybe by early summer I'll be able to... and hopefully the one in my truck will last that long.
