I think the above list is for a 24v. You might start with:

boost and pyro

370's

3K GSK

#10 plate

PDR HX40/wastegated 16cm

Scotty II

Straight Piped

181 DV's

Truck will definitely rock. Start saving for major transmission upgrade and truly enjoy.

PW has a pretty good list. I would do the following

KDP first.

Verify and complete all TSB's.

transmission upgrades next.

Then gauges.

4" exhaust

3k GSK

You can get all the power the stock transmission will hold,(235hp/435ftlbs?) with a fuel plate and a little more air. Unless you have more control over your right foot than I do, power before the transmission work is a little dangerous. The bad news is that the transmission work can easily blow you whole proposed budget. The good news is, after the transmission the power expenses will sound cheap.

Good luck.

Before you do anything, get the KDP done or do it yourself and get EGR and boost gauge. The 95 does not need the fuel pressure gauge but a transmission temp gauge is nice. Then you know what is going on inside when you do mods, don't go blindly changing things until you know what the machine is doing. In the meantime slide the stock plate forward, get your timing and valve adj checked and put a good air intake systenm on so the stock machine can breath. Start saving pennies for transmission work!!!

My stock transmission held up well with a TST #6 fuel plate rated at 230/605. A great boost over stock.

The torque converted started to slip after my timing was advanced and adding 3k springs. So look to upgrade your transmission soon otherwise you will not be able to use any of the new found power.

The addition of my DTT transmission now makes any modification possible. I am now only limited by my wallet/wife. :(

As far as bomb prices:

gauges-200+

KDP Killed 20-50 with one of the floating kits

370's-400

3K GSK-125

#10 plate-200

PDR HX 40-1200 or a good used one

Scotty II-200+ or a BHAF-35

181 DV's-125

straight pipe-50

Timing to about 16. 5*-150

Run overhead and maybe some 60# springs-350

Go pedal enjoyment-priceless ;)

Im really sorry as I know this is a fairly old thread and I dont mean to bring it back up

but with the following mods from the quot and with some of the slight changes I made to them

what kind of power would something like those mods yield

I have a 98 12valve, 5 speed, 4X4

thanks
