I upgraded to the R49 and love the cool down mode. My only complaint would be a $60 dollar charge for a new wiring harness that looks to have only one wire spliced onto it for 12v. Charged for the reflash which I understand.

At the same time I had the twins programmed. First thoughts are  !Gald to have the gauges back.

I'll wait to add the Ramifier back.

I just sent mine out yesterday to get updated. They told me a totally different price on the upgrade. I am also getting the twins version too. Let me know how you like the twins version.

Has anyone asked Mark if they intend to develop a remote that is a little more up to date looks-wise, a la Attitude?

i dont think so, The old "if its not broke... . " theory

After having a Attitude for a month, I hated not seeing it in the sun (due to glare) and I found after a week, I did not use the fancy stuff anyway, I'll take my simple TST remote any day - Though the 4 gauges in one spot were pretty neat (load, etc)

what did they tell ya. I just sent mine in and it was $50 for the reflash and $75 for the harness. they did not want the old harness so it must be diffrent than one wire.

Not that I'm into "bling", I would prefer something that blends in with the rest of the interior... no biggie. As far as the bells and whistles, I'm sure I would not be inclined to constantly fiddle with all the gee-whizz features.

Thanks Tomeygun.

Thanks Tomeygun.

Mount it in the ash tray. Then it's completely "blended in. "

You can't see it when it's closed, and when it's open it's all black down there except for the numbers. Works well for me!

As far as the twins program I'm loving it. Fuels much sooner and thinking of not stacking back the Ramifier. I'll have to try it though. Next will be turbo and Fass. ME gift for xmas maybe.

As far as what I was told was to send in my harness. So in the box went the injector, timing, controller and remote. They sent back a new remote and new timing harness but not the old timing harness. So they kept the old timing harness and set a new one with one wire joined to the orange wire. Memory serves me correct pin out was the same in connector. You install the two orange wires to different fuses now. 37 and 60 if I'm correct. Yes it was $50 for each upgrade in software.

I'm not mad because if I was I would call TST. Just seems we as consumers have been hung over the coals lately because everyone has electronics on their rigs now. My $2.
