Upholstery question

Trying to re-run the wires to my dvd player from my head rest. Does anyone know the secret of loosening the leather seat cover from the back of the seat on the driver side? 2006 Mega Cab with leather seats.

I put in Rostra seat heaters in my CTD and the instructions included taking the leather off the seat. If I can find the instructions I can e-mail them to you. If the 06 is the same as the 03.
