I just replaced the upper ball joints on the 1993 W-350 (with a bit of help from Philip). We got the uppers from the local Dodge dealer. I think for the lowers you have to get Moog. Hope this helps.
If the cone the ball joint rides in is bad get ready for sticker shock. It is over $125. each.
Replace the spring I have listed. This spring is on top of the ball joint. On my truck the springs had collapsed 3/8" from the new height. The springs in Jeremy's wasn't to bad it had collapsed around 3/16".
Good tech support, service. Prices were reasonable. They have a rebuild kit that includes everything you need to do the kingpins (upper and lower). I think Phillip gave me some advice about an adjustable lower pin, Moog I think, and they can be a little spendy. If memory serves, the stock parts rebuild kit cost me about $114 with shipping.
