I was going to make this trip but with the recent changes here at home I will not make this at all. I have had to give up my vacation days to try and fix some of the mess created by a disappearing Wife. Hope you all have a good time and maybe I will make the next one... ..... Andy

New Meeting Place!

There is a new meeting place, Rt 48 and Lamson Rd. 8 AM. This is the 2nd stoplight from 690. There is a minimarket on the northwest corner, right there! If you are going from the thruway, up 690 (west), which turns into 48, it's on the left, across the corner. This will give us time to BS before we head up to the Dyno.



Don't forget to bring a your drinks and some food item.

I want to upgrade and I probably will but I think I'll try to find some used spiders just to get going for now. I've been seriously thinking about making the truck a 3/4 ton so if you guys know anyone with a Dana 80 and a long box that wants to trade let me know.



It was a "truck pull accident":-laf I tried to use "Stupid High Gear" on an extremely tight clay track, I think I ended up last As soon as the clutch was all the way out it fell on it's face, I made it about 140 feet and the top trucks were at the 240-250 mark. I was able to drive home but it was making noises at every corner and the speedo was floating around so I figured it was the spiders. If I had 215 street tires it probably would have worked for me but the 255 MT's got too much traction and someting had to give. 3rd Low might have saved the day too.



I'll have to see, I might be able to come out but I'm not sure yet.

Guys, I was looking over the dyno chart, if I'm looking at this right, I think we figgered wrong. It's not 348, it's 366 hp and 739 torque!

Had a blast today! Tim, you shoulda been there!

Tim, i did 360 on #2 the 410 was with water/meth, did get the clutch in and have the same htt upgrade as pete, gonna do 150 nozzles in the very near future. You should give me a call sometime, ill pm my #
