usdieselchips.com, any users that can give feedback?

I keep seeing usdieselchips.com advertising in the sidebar on this website, and I was interested if anyone had used their trademark "workhorse" chip. The claim up to 15% better fuel mileage while I'm aware there are lots of variables involved in achieving this, are they truly a different type of chip maker that can yield better results?

I dont know about their workhorse chip, but I did check their site when I was pricing gauges and, IMHO, they seemed higher than some of the other places.
