Used Air Horns

Has anybody found some place that has used air horns. I would like to put a set on my truck yet the cost of new ones are too high. I was thinking about a big rig salvage yard, or something like that.



I just started using the TDR web sight and have noticed that somebody knows something about almost everything. That is great for a guy just starting to mod his truck.





And as some people have noticed after reading all the info on the board the cost of owning our trucks goes up. Right now I have Bilstine shocks, Isspro gauges, piller mount, #11 plate, and AFC spring kit on order. My wife said that I just can't be happy driving the truck as is, and she is right!!

I had a place I found some used ones, they were Hadley's, I think they had the Frieghtliner logo but who cares. I can't for the life of me remember where . I hate it when I do that. I'll try and look tomorrow at work. They were in the range of $46 or so. Also, Koa Man (TDR Member) has some he wants to sell. (Or did) PM him and ask him what he still has. Also, check EBAY from time to time, I've seen them come and go there.

Truck Junk Yards

Yep, that's the place. I went to one and picked up a set of *BIG* Grovers, over 37 inches long, 8 inch bells, for a whole $22 I had to take 'em off the rig, but that wasn't too tough other than climbing up on top of the cab (it was a cab-over, so it's a bit harder). I got the lanyard valve too
