Used Reese 5th wheel hitch,whats it worth

I have ran across a used Reese 5th wheel hitch model#30028, 2 inch pin,16000 pound rating. Looks to be in good shape sitting on the concrete floor.
Folks I don't much about these 5th hitches what do I need to check for and also what does a new model 30028 sell for?

I have a 15k that is in excellent shape. I was askin 200 for it. Will take 150. 00 to a fellow rammer. I think I have a teflon plate that can go with it also. Okie

I just sold my Reese 20K that I bought new in 1997 for $300. The locking kit was included. I kept the bed rails and the mounting brackets.

One of the guys in our RV club is looking for a 15K rocker - Reese or Drawtite. Please e-mail me if you know of one. There are 15K rockers and single pivot. I was told that the new model 16K is a rocker only - not single pivot. Craig

I still have a Reese 15k rocker with rails sitting here that I'm not going to use. $150 but it's too heavy to ship to Colorado.

Mike, he doesn't need the rails or the two ends - just the crossmember and rocker. We did some measuring and found the top part will bolt on in place of his 14K. 32" outside to outside across the ends. Drawtite and Reese were both the same - interchangeable. If the top part is under 70 lbs, UPS should take it. Let me check it out and see how serious he is. Craig
