2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Used transfer case, what to do

I am cleaning out the yard. I have my old transfer case that was damaged by a low fluid level. Could this be used by anyone for parts? Or should I just put it out at the curb for the trash collector?

It depends on what parts were damaged. If it's just the bearings that were damaged, the case halves, yoke, and maybe even some of the shafts and gears would be useable. You might try putting it on craigslist or something similar if you want to hassle with it. It might bring $25 and could really help someone with a cracked housing or worn yoke.
