Testin out burnout tires for bloomsburg jambo

Dodge Dart Maybe??????

Oo. I just got back from the USGP at Laguna-Seca raceway in Monterey and what a $1500. 00 weekend it was. From the U. S. winning the podeum to the last turn during the last race it was quite a sight. I had no idea how loud ( imagine a harley with short pipes x 3) those multi million engines on those gp bikes were, you just have to hear them in person to appricate ear plugs ( which were worn during all run of the gp bikes ). It was fun and on cannery row on saturday night it was unreal, I just don't know how they fit so many bikes on such a short street with the run over going for blocks in all direction's.

Anyway I just wanted to give you guys a look at what a 150,000 person crowd at the track would look like. :D

This is the first GP in the states in my lifetime that I've missed :( . For the first 4 I lived in California and rode down for them. Even after I moved to Michigan I flew back for the 93 & 94 GP's. It was really wierd watching it on TV - I sure missed being there! It's especially cool watching a race on a track that you've raced on yourself. We always camped right at the track and would arrive on wednesday before the teams even got there and would stay through monday. It was realllly eerie when you'd wake up monday morning and step out of your tent and it was a ghost town outside (lots of people and all of the transporters, etc would leave after dark). Usually there would be no more than 10 or 12 tents still setup. Maybe next year I'll ride out there for it.
