Has anyone installed the Bullbar on a 97? If so, could you give a description of how to hook up the lights? I'm getting ready to start splicing into the headlight wiring, but want to make sure this is the simplest/easiest way to tackle it.

Also, I need to put some lights in the fog light holes, my truck didn't come w/ factory fog lights. Has anyone added fog lights and what's the easiest way to install the wiring for these? And what are the best lights to put in there.

Thanks,

Goode

If I remember right, white was common ground.

I hooked mine up so that all the lights in the bumper (2 on each side) blink with the blinkers.

Look under the factory blinkers. Remove the phillips head screw, slide out the blinker assy.

Remove the wire/bulb from the housing.

Remove the bulb and turn the rubber plug over. It says something like "ground, primary, secondary".

Hook (I soldered them) the white to the ground, and the rest of the wires to the primary marked wire.

Dont forget to snake these wires up to were they come out of. :D

Tape them up, or liquid tape, shrink wrap, whatever you prefer, and put it back together.

I tested mine before I buttoned it up.

Done.

Thanks Patriot, it is greatly appreciated!

How about the holes for fog lights? Did you have stock lights to put in there?

Thanks again
