I just happened to email Ute bumpers about ordering a bumper. They are liquidating all their stock here in Seattle and shipping to Canada. So if you want a Ute bumper, they will give you a great deal - this week!

Holy cow, are those bumpers gold plated?

I think I'll stick to my $140 stock replacment I just put on.
Not Gold, T-6 aluminum. Stock replacement is the way to go if you have no need for protection. If you are in Deer and Elk country and have ever hit one, you know what kind of damage can be done. $6,000 or more usually, if you were at highway speed. This Bullbar will take the hit and save your truck in most cases. Every case we have had testimonials from. Anyway, no deer, no need... Here's the photo someone asked for.

Yeah even at the discount price its still extremely rich for me. I think they are a bit better than the Aliarc bumpers, we have lots of them up here and they do not stand up at all. I still like the Rocking ranch and ranch hand bumpers the best. I guess I am old school STEEL=max protection and no polishing. :p

I LOVE my UTE!!

It's a GREAT cheap insurance policy.

You can see pics in my album.

PS Randy... why are you liquidating???

The factory can't keep up with us. They are too far behind in Australia and don't want to do North American products any more. That the way it is for now, but we have other irons in the fire... . including our Ute Beds.

I think I will just stick to a Home Made bumper like this! its more of a setup for pulling Oo. but the 1/4" plate would make a mess of a deer... wouldn't want to take out a Moose up here in Canada though!!!

This one is on my little brothers truck and we are building another set for mine.

Hey that's a great looking bumper for a home job. Good work. I would think that 1/4 inch steel would make that about a 400 lb bumper though.

Were they ever available for the 06'? If so, pm me.

No 06 Bullbar... The factory is so backed up with their domestic OEM business that they can't keep up with us over here. That is why we said... stop the presses until you can make us a priority. So until further notice... . no more Ute Bullbars will be built and we are liquidating what we have. TDR members will get a special deal as well... .

Yeah the front bumper weights about 300Lbs, and for pulling purposes (his class can't use hanging weights) it has a compartment in it that can hold 1200Lbs of lead.

Here are a few other pics including a pic of the rear bumper.

Nice work, if you can afford to haul around the extra weight.

Cheers,

Its not really that much extra weight... the truck without the lead(for pulling) only weights 6600lbs so its not that bad at all and with the power up to the 450hp range you don't notice the extra weight
