vacuum over hydraulic brakes

i was wondering if anybody knew anything about a vucuum over hydraulic brake setup? i was wanting to know whether the truck side equipment was transferrable from different makes of vehicles? i know where i could get the sutup but it is off of a 95 gmc with the 6. 5 turbo diesel in it. . any info would be appreciated. . have a cattle trailer with this setup and needing the brakes to hold it back. .

my truck came with it and i have never had a use for it yet but from looking at it id say it should be transferable, looks like a simple system

i bought a used 01 that had one on it. it looked simple enough to move looks generic . it was owned by a stock hauler and had about a three inch ball in the bed i made a bushing so i could use a 2 5/16 ball
