I tried to fix the oil leak about a year ago, got all the necessary seals, went to a qualified member repair shop and had the seals installed, a year later started leaking again, bought a rebuilt unit at N A P A for around 325. 00 and when installing found out that the power steering pump shaft had a groove in it so last years effort was a waste of time. bought a N A PA rebuilt unit for about 85. 00. So when you are all encountering a leak at vacuum pump inspect the P S shaft and if it is worn, get a rebuilt. Thought I would pass this info along as it might be helpful to anyone considering a seal replacement. Mine is a high miler so wear at the p s pump might not be a problem. stormy
