Well I am new to this hitch stuff, I found out I have a valley 24k dual pivite hitch, but no bed rails, how does it mount and where can I get the rails? How hard to install?

Are you talking about there 5th wheel hitch?



I have one!! It is awesome... ... . You will love it!! It is a cinch to use and is built very well. I usually get some help to get it in and out of the truck though (its heavy, bad back)... .

Most the rails are interchangable with other models. Mine has Reese or DrawTite rails in it (cant remember). It plugged right in with ease.



I have heard that they are not that hard to install, but I opted to have mine installed by a local RV dealer with a good rep. and knowledgeable staff. You need to be sure that the hitch is in the right position in the bed. It is usually dependant on your truck and the hitch type and not neccessarily the rails.



Check with a good local RV dealer that actually does some pulling and they can tell you what you need.



Some of the newer hidden rails wont work. But the rest will.

I'm used to everyone knowing Valley is Husky... ... ... ... ... If you look at my hitch in the above photo it is a Husky 24K as evidenced by the sticker... ... ... It is still a Valley to me... ... . :-{}
