My 01 was stolen last month and insurance just paid me. I recieved a total of $29,300 for my truck, taxes, a fifth wheel hitch and about $800 worth of covered personal property inside the truck. Frankly, I was very pleased considering the age and miles. I hated to have the truck stolen but am satisfied with the settlement.

I just went to an auction the other day and the owner would not sell at the $27. 500 high bid for a 2003 std auto with 37,000 mi.

I paid $26K for an '01 loaded with extras and only 33K on the speedo.
