what would you fellas estimate paying for this truck??120k loaded other then leather... i know... check the values on nada or kbb but i just want some feedback from the peanut gallery

Midwest, I have an 01 ETH loaded with 101k and the dealer offered me 18,500 trade in last week. That was on a new 04 at invoice minus rebates. fwiw

so what is an ETH?? are you saying that is what you are willing to let your truck go for?? got any pics?

I went to a rip off dealership here in town and they only offered me 16k. I grabbed my keys and left. I have about 7k in aftermarket stuff and 71k miles. I know it is worth more than they want to give me for it. They had a half ton same year with same equipment for 27k on their lot. The dealer bated me in by saying they would have an appraiser look at my truck and give me more than what the appraiser said. BS they had a wholesaler give a price. it was Royal Gate dodge was the dealership just for warning to anybody in the saint louis area. I got them back because the people that called to offer that deal to me called back and asked what i thought about my experience at that dealer and i gave them a real nice review.

A dealer will low ball you every time on a trade in. I was offered 18k for mine by a dealer in Ca. I LMAO, then left!! I just put mine in the classifieds for 22k, and for the mods on it, is a good price. A friend that works at a Dealer admitted that they make more money on the trade ins than the new vehicles. :--) I'm waiting for my uncle to sell his 01 4x4 6 speed quad cab long bed (hopefully to me ), it has 8,000 miles as of Christmas. Don't even think it's broken in yet, but he does live on one of the smaller islands, it's not even more then 30 or 40 miles tip to tip, highest speed limit is 45 mph. Gee, I don't even know if he can get it to 5 gear, much less 6th???
