I've read on here where guys just snugged down the valve cover bolts to stop the leak. Is the cover in two pieces? The bottom half is leaking on mine. It's hard to see,but it doesn't look like there is a gasket between the bottom half and the cyl head. Any thoughts?

Midnight,

It's a one piece cover. Real easy fix. Remove the plastic Cummins cover, 4 bolts, to reach the valve cover. You can either torque (22ftlbs) down the 6 bolts holding the cover, or remove it and check the o-ring type gasket and clean it and reinstall. Or, take it to the dealer and let them deal with it. About a 40 min job tops. Your warranty should cover it.
