Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) valve pin

I am new to this site. I have a 95 Cummings 2500 2 wheel drive. Someone told me that the 95's had a valve pin that could come loose and mess the engine up. Is this true and does anyone know anything about it. Thanks in advance. John
