If anyone uses this oil, Wal mart now handles it. I saw it there today while shopping. It was $1. 68 a qt. I will be getting mine there from now on. Jeff

Thanks for posting. Shucks quit stocking Premium Blue so I had to use Delo400 last time. Not that I think one is better than the other, its just I like to use the same brand everychange. I just realized there isnt a wal-mart here though, oh well I guess thats a good enough reason to go on a little road trip. Oo.

Couldn't find blue at Checker last time, had to buy Rosmella. I almost think the motor is quieter. Probably just me. Guess I'll go to wally world next time.

It's under the Valvoline Prminum Blue name. It's in a black bottle with blue label. Jeff

Delo 400

I dont know how many are using Delo, but when I was in Costco yesterday they had it for $32. xx for 6 gallons(around 1. 35 quart). Just though I would pass it on.

Valvoline Premium Blue 2000

Valvoline Premium Blue 2000 is the oil you should consider. It's a synthetic blend that Cummins recommends and it's only about $8. 00/gallon at your local cummins shop. NAPA often carries it as well.

Rotella full synthetic!

I used Shell Rotella full synthetic (in a blue jug) this time. I'm very pleased with it, and it may well have saved my engine when I lost my belt idler on I-75 a couple of weeks ago. I lost all my coolant and there wasn't even enough to make steam when I finally noticed the check engine light. The oil still looks clean and smells good, and the engine runs great!!

I only have 6200 miles on my truck. It's to early to think of using synthetics. I tried amsoil in my old truck. I didn't see any benefit to it for what you pay for it. Thats JUST MY OPINION. Please no hate mail. Jeff
