was at NAPA today to buy some premuim blue. The guy behind the counter talked me into NAPA premuim performance 15w-40 oil. He said it is premuim blue re-bottled by Ashland corp. Can anybody confirm this????? Premuim blue $18.99 . Napa premuim $9.99

Yup 9.99.......I looked at the back all the oil certs where the same. Even the part number was almost idetical. I will atleast run it for now. Thinking of doing a oil anylasis thing on it just for kicks. Not sure if it was on sale for that price or if thats every day thing.

That's what I was told.
On 8-4 Costco's got a 3 gallon case of Delo 15-40 for $7.00 off.

I've heard that NAPA oil is rebadged Valvoline too, and have been using NAPA engine oil for years now in all my cars. But I still use Valvoline Premium Blue for my truck. Usually just wait for it to come on sale and stock up. Thanks for the heads up too. Might go pick up a few more gallons.

Any idea who supplies Tractor Supply's brand oil? I know NAPA is just rebadged Valvoline but even at that, I've read that there are some differences within the recipes and EP's.
But you're probably more than right..... Running the store brand is probably more than adequate. :-laf
