Too bad you didn't kick the crap out of the SOB before the law showed up. "Gee, officer, I don't know what happened to his face. He looked like that when we caught him. " JK

One of my favorites is " Gee, it musta happened in the wreck!" :D

A couple of my buddies caught him a few blocks down, yes vandalizing other property, and STILL HOLDING the can of paint. He did claim he didn't do it, but the whole can in the hand thing just gets me.

Update: Got a call from the officer, we need estimates for the damage to charge him. Can you say DETAIL? I never thought a body shop could charge that much for a detail job, lets just say it's a shockingly big number.

Guilty!

The one kid we caught pleaded guilty just before our court appearance. Seemed he was expecting no witnesses to show up, instead all the witnesses were there, plus a few extra that didn't know much for good measure.

I'll bet that $1600. 00 he owes is going to hurt in a couple ways.

Warning Shot

Somewhere I read that the Law dictated that you must fire a warning shot, but it did not state which shot it had to be... ... ... .

Hope this incident passes with out any long term damage.

Each state dictates its own fire arm laws. In MI don't make that warning shot, you would lose your gun and right to carry.
