Forrest,that is a #5 plate which is not close to a#4 in profile. :-laf

Here is a pic of a #5 that I purchased from Piers so unless Piers is selling something different than TST plates I am certain this is a #5.



As I said I think the nose between the #5 (in my pic) and the #4 (in Forrest pic) are similar but above the nose they look to be different.

The #4 plate that i have has less nose area than a #5. It cuts in deeper than a #0 and it pulls back to even with the vertical area. (similar to what people call a 100 plate). I bought it from Piers a while back. Some day i will figure out how to post some pics.

Has anyone ever posted pictures or drawings of the shapes of all the available plates?

Joe, I think that would be unfair to the vendors. They have spent a good deal of time and money developing the different plates. All the different plates have a purpose and will work differently in different applications. I have bought all of them and put together many different combinations for friends and customers. I do have favorites I am sure any one selling plates can help you decide which one will work best for your use.

My question was not to cause problems with the vendors. I was just wondering if someone had posted them all. I think that I have seen each one at least once on here at one time or another. My truck is doing just fine with a #5 and I have no intention to change it.
