Getting ready to order the VDO Pyro & Boost gauges. Can anyone who has the install instructions please e-mail them to me. Also what are the part numbers I need to order? And finally does anybody know where the best pricing is currently?

Shelby, I ordered mine from Summit racing. You can check the price on their website. I think it is www.summitracing.com. They had the best price that I could find. The part numbers are as follows: 0-30psi boost gauge 150 104, Nylon tubing kit for boost gauge 150 855, 0-1650 pyrometer kit 310 153. I ordered a second sender for the pyrometer and have them installed before and after the turbo (wired through a switch).

Question: With the recent implication of false exhaust temperature readings as a contributing factor in the demise of Jnutters engine due to the brand of gauge or probe not being suited for diesel engine use, has anybody inquired abut the suitability of other brands of gauges? I am specifically wondering about the VDO probe. Any comments appreciated. Anybody know of a way to contact VDO (in the USA)? I would think one would want to hear this information from the factory and NOT a dealer.
