So, I was changing my fuel filter, due to my dealer's inability to do it without it leaking... and I made a goober mistake. My torque wrench wouldn't fit, so I unplugged and moved the large multi-pin connector directly above the filter. Now, the Security light blinks slowly after the lamp test, and the vehicle only idles for about 2 seconds before it shuts off, classic vehicle anti-theft stuff.
I've tried both of my keys, and am afraid I'm going to have to have it towed to the dealer.
I believe the connector was the main power/signal connector to the cab based on the large red wire in the center of it.
Am I up a creek without a paddle?

Are you sure you seated it back together properly?

Funny you should ask that...
Yesterday afternoon, I tried every Google remedy I could find shorf of VooDoo and cannibalism, with no luck. I then I disconnected the batteries and pulled the plug apart again to see if I bent a pin. When I took it apart the first time, the plastic pins that are supposed to help pull it apart and put it together broke. I thought I made sure the connecter was tight when I put it together, but apparently not. After I re-assembled it yesterday, I tried one more time, and the security light was out! I went out a flogged the truck to see if it would work loose, and had no problems.
Today I stopped to see how much the connector was, and the dealer said it is not available indivdually, and the whole harness is $1100!!!
