Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) vent tube

How much should my vent tube be leaking? I own a 97 2500 with 58,000. I just recevied my jig to do the KDP. I have owned the truck for 2,000 miles and have noticed that my vent tube leaves me a couple drops of oil at night or when it sits for a while. I see no powerloss or massive fuel consupmtion. I get pretty good mileage and the smoke is ok. The temperatures are pretty cold here inNM. It gets to the low teens on a nightly basis. I am running Rottella 15W-40 and BG 44K fuel additive and MOA. I spoke with a friend and he said to change the oil and not add anything, that it just might be the MOA and the oil, that does not agree with the truck. Someone also said that I could be have a problem with Orings. That is when I got really really worried. The blowby out of the engine feel ok coming from the oil mouth.

Can Some One please help!!! I really hope it is not Orings!!!!!

that is normal. On the 24v thay added a bottle to catch the oil. Sill not a good fix but it stoped the dripping.

What is MOA? You really don't need to add anything to your oil.

MOA: Motor Oil Additive

I will not add anything in the future thats for sure.
