Washington State verizon FiOS
This only pertains to Washington State, (and some others that I dont know of)
I wonder if anyone else has experience a problem lately.
I signed up for FiOS service in october. There was a rumor that verizon was going to sell their service here to frontier. I asked verizon about that specifically, and they told me that the fios service in washington would not be sold.
Anyway, I called in with an issue regarding tv service a little over a week ago. They confirmed the problem was caused by something they did in an overnight maint, said other were having the same problem, and gave me an "outage" number. I've been trying to call back ever since to get an update on the problem.
In over a week, I have not been able to reach support. I call several times a day, and have been on hold for 1/2 hour, an hour, etc. The longest time was an hour and a half.
Just wondered if anyone else here in Washington might be experiencing this.
