The software is cheap, but I'm not sure I like the looks of the site. The order page where credit card info is requested doesn't appear to be secure.

I would be real careful with these cheap software deals. I got an email with this same site and I have seen others. I don't know if they are selling copies with hacks or what the deal is but I don't see how you can buy these huge titles so cheap just by going OEM and deleting the manual and box. Also notice they are saying "registration code" rather then software key. I might not even know what I'm talking about, I am just suspicious of deals like this that sound too good to be true.
