Received the new clutch, and got the old one out... . That crossmember design SUCKS !! #@$%! Flywheel was ground 14 thousandths. Does anyone have the torque specs for the flywheel, and pressure plate? It's a 2002 H. O. . Thanks.
New clutch is in..... Now there's a problem getting it into gear. It seems as if the clutch slave isn't disengaging the clutch fully. The pedal is a lot softer than the stock unit. I've done clutch installs before, and never had a problem like this before... ... Any ideas?
Yes,I've tried pumping the pedal, and even plowed a few driveways with it since i installed it. I've only put approx 150 miles on it so far. It does seem to be getting a little better with use. Maybe the hydraulics have to "re-set" themselves. Other than this problem the clutch works GREAT!
