The program is called Helmets to Hardhats and we welcome veterans to come join our ranks. The pipe trades and skilled craft labor are in dire need to fill our ranks.

The elevator trade has been using Helmets to Hardhats for a few years now, and we've been picking up some really good people, as well as showing some gratitude for military service. It's a great program.
