Vibration at idle

I just bought a 03 2500 LB quad with the 250hp and 48re At idle in the cab at idle I hear a loud vibrateing noise like something is loose It seems stronger on the pasenger side Raise the rpms even a little and it goes away Open the hood and I see the transmission dipstic tube shakeing away Some one trie to cure it with a zip tie Has any one had this problem? Also what engine mods do you recomend? There are so many choices I dont know what to do Im not looking to win at dyno day or drag race Just looking to pull my horse trailer to the ropins as easy as my old 12ver did and still have fun when stepping on the go pedal with out the trailer This thing is a slug now Also it has 3. 73 gears Sorry for the lack of a cool signature havent figured that out yet Thanks

The dipstick tube is/should be bolted to the bellhousing and should not rattle. If someone did a lousy r@r job for the trans the bolt may be loose or missing. I have also seen a couple of cases where the tab that is welded to the tube is broken off during trans r@r. If that tube is not properly secured it may come out at a very bad time (not like there is a good time for the trans filler tube to come out).
