vibration at idle?

I drove to work yesterday and no problems. When I started my truck to go home (15 degrees), it was very rough with some vibrations. When I put it in drive the vibrations got worse. As I accelerated and drove it went away, but at a stop light and when I got home, it came back. Same thing this morning. Had to move the truck for my wife to leave and it was vibrating pretty bad, but putting it in reverse made it worse. Listening to the truck outside of it, it seems normal to me, but when you get in it is obvious somethings wrong.



Any ideas?

Sounds like an injector isn't firing as it should, or you possibly got a bad tank of fuel.



Might try running some injector cleaner (like Power Service) through it?
