I have a problem A few weeks ago the center section of my vibration dampner broke away from the rest of it... ... So I installed a fluid dampner and it did the exact same thing. I followed the instructions and put new bolts in,proper torque and now the same thing. Can anyone tell me what could be causing this?#@$%!

Really... . wow that is wierd! I would call & see if the Fluidamper is under warranty & ask why it happened. I just can't think of a good reason.

In the gas/methanol drag race world, repeated balancer failures is usually a sign of a cracked crankshaft. I don't know if it holds true with the diesels though.
