Vibration on decel

Need help diagnosing a sickness with Big Bluey-my 2010 Mega Cab with 70k miles. Last week it started vibrating on deceleration. Feels like running on rumble strips At higher speeds the vibration is less, and most noticeable on the way down from 25 to 10 mph. At this low speed the truck seems like it is going to stall but doesn't. The RPM remains steady at the low speed during braking. Below 10 mph there is no vibration. This happened 3 days after I changed the fuel filter, and 2 weeks after changing the air filter, CCV, and cleaning the EGR valve.

Sounds like it could be your driveshaft u-joints.
I had that exact problem on my old '06 and once I changed the u-joints out the problem went away.

Check the rear axel U joint. They get water in them rust up and seize will sometimes have a squeak at take off/ very slow speeds.
