This just happened yesterday. After fixing the front end grinding from lack of dust shield, this popped up on a short trip. If I let my foot off of the throttle it goes away. I’m inclined to think it’s the exhaust. Exhaust hasn’t given me an issue before but I noticed vibration from it after picking it up in the spring from a shop that replaced the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. They put a new exhaust clamp at the elbow. I’ve noticed the exhaust shakes a lot more now. Didn’t feel like messing with it yesterday evening and on the road now. Have time to fuss with it Friday before taking it on a road trip to Tennessee Saturday. Still handles fine, normal power/fuel mileage. I’m hoping it just adjusting the exhaust in the hangers. Thanks for any insight

Exhaust won't cause a vibration, it will cause noise and maybe a buzz thru the boards but nothing that is drive train vibration. Have to check and see if they tightened the motor mounts down or broke them replacing the pan seal. If they did not get the isolator back on the trans correctly no telling what noises and harmonics it will generate.

Thanks. I torqued both motor mount bolts to 95 ft/lbs. still no change. Stinks, definitely not taking the truck and pulling a trailer on a long road trip. One thing after the other with this truck. Visit to the dealer on something newer is likely in my future, had it with this one!

I drove the truck 40 miles round trip and got up to 80 mph. Experienced the most vibration at around 40-50 before shifting into overdrive. (NV5600 6 spd) at 80 it was fine. When I got home I smelled burnt clutch. I also smelled this two weekends ago when hauling a small backhoe. Clutch performs well. Definitely not taking this rig on the road this weekend.
Edit: Also, it has been 2k miles since the work was performed on my truck including rear main seal, valve cover gasket, rocker cover gasket, oil pan gasket, transmission adapter seal, crankshaft rear retainer and it still leaks oil at the bell housing
