Did you have any balance problems before you changed tires? If not, your wheels are likely within specification. You know if you have abused the wheels - so be straight with yourself there. Are you using tires the same size as OEM? Larger tires are harder to balance.

If you have choices, get to a dealer (tire or Dodge) with a road force balance machine. All wheels are out of round and so are all tires. If the wheels are within specification and the tires are as well (i. e. +/- the correct amount which I do not know), the road force machine will assist the dealer in "clocking" the combination of wheel and tire to achieve the best balance between wheel and tire, then perform a balance on the combination.

Good luck - this is a hard problem to solve. It's worse if the tire dealer wants to sell you wheels. Ask yourself what the chances are of all six of your wheels being suddenly bad???

Never mind, Tire dealer and I had a brain fart after I thought about it I went to another tire shop that I knew was familiar with duallies and had balanced them before and sure enough all is good now.

I think the tire store used wrong wheel adapter to try and balance.
