Vibrations?

I`m not an owner of an 03 or newer truck ,but looking at an 07 Mega-Cab 4x4 leftover at a very good price. I was reading my latest issue of TDR and in Joe Donnelly`s article of the 6. 7 he talks about a fully machined crankshaft to get rid of a vibration that excites the Mega-Cab with the 5. 9. Is this something that I should be concerned with before I make my decision. Your input or experiences would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I had not heard of this problem either until I was reading my latest issue of TDR # 57. Found it on page 55 bottom left column & continues on top right column. I`m confused also @ this point.
