Video help (Adobe Premier softeware) -

I have a trial copy of Adobe Premier. I have some Quicktime video of the drag strip but each one is around 10 megs, I want to make it a . avi or . mpg file and compress it to make the file size smaller.

Here are the currrent properties :

Can some one please give me a pointer or two and tell me how to convert this? I have tried 4 times now and everytime the file size triples! LOL Just need to know what settings to make the new clip to get it smaller.

Maybe

On the old type Adobe you would go into "Save and send"to alter size or type of picture. Don't know a bunch about Quicktime.
