2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission VIN Decoding

Anyone have access to whatever it takes to completely decode the VIN on a '99 CTD?

Thanks, but I had already found that one - it stops just short of where I need to know what the numbers relate to. I was hoping there was some way other than going to a dealer to get the rest figured out.
