2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission VIN lookup, 98 24v or 12v?

hey guys, found this truck local at an auction.



98 QC shortbed. Emblems are missing so no clue there.



Here are the last 6 of the vin ,can anyone maybe with a hint on the DC computers look this up and let me know if it is the best 12v or a 24v...
