hey guys, next month we will be taking a trip to vir. we will be staying at chippokes state park in surry va. I will be coming from I-85 north,mapguest gives a route to exit #42 toward mckenney to travel on va-40 & va-10 which is about 60 miles from I-85. question is that a good road to get there & to travel on. I will be pulling camper. thanks for any information you may have.

forgot to say it's a 2 lane road fairly flat highway . traveled the road just a while ago and it's in good shape .

can you give me some info about your tractor pull/ festival? I live in Manassas and thought it might be interesting , whats the easiest /quickest way to get there,one day thing or what?

no real easy way , it's get off of 295 at Hopewell, east on 10 about 50 miles to Surry, take right at Surry and go to Chippokes plantation from there follow the signs to festival . it's a 2 day pull . see you there
